Your likeness. Your call on every case.

AI Warden monitors for unauthorized commercial and AI-generated use of your likeness, and surfaces every match as a case you individually approve — nothing acts on your behalf without your say-so.

How it works

Four steps, in order.

Each stage has to happen before the next — registration creates the reference case file that monitoring checks against, and monitoring is what produces the matches you decide on.

01

Register and verify

Give your name and date of birth, upload at least three reference photos, and verify your identity with a government ID and a selfie via Stripe Identity — so we know you're registering your own face, not someone else's.

02

We monitor

Once you're set up, detection scans compare your reference photos against images out in the world, looking for unauthorized commercial use — ads, product endorsements, sponsored posts — and AI-generated use, like deepfake video or synthetic images of your face.

03

A match becomes a case, not a surprise

Nothing happens automatically. A match shows up in your dashboard as a case — the image, the source, a similarity score — and sits there until you decide it's worth acting on.

04

You choose what happens next

Approve a case and pick a takedown notice, a licensing inquiry, or a referral to an independent attorney. Takedown and licensing documents are drafted for you to review and send yourself — we never contact anyone on your behalf. For legal referrals, we pass your case to independent counsel who'll reach out to you directly; we're not a law firm and don't represent you.

Granular, revocable consent

Separate approvals for identity confirmation, biometric consent, right to delete, and enforcement — never one blanket checkbox.

Linking an account isn't consent

If you link a social account, nothing is added to your reference automatically. You choose the exact photos that represent you.

You approve every case

We never send a takedown or contact anyone on a match. Every case sits in your dashboard until you decide.

Referral, not representation

When a case needs legal action, we connect you to an independent attorney. We don't negotiate on your behalf.

What makes us different

Built for everyone, not just creators or execs

Ceartas serves creators/agencies, YouTube's tool only covers YouTube, and the enterprise players (GetReal, Doppel, Sensity) protect executives and brands. No one is building this for the general public.

Compensation is the product, not an afterthought

Competitors stop at detection or takedown. Our case registry treats each match as a path to an actual payout — a revenue-recovery service, not just a monitoring alert.

Cross-web coverage, not platform-locked

YouTube's tool only protects you on YouTube. We're built to reach ad networks, marketplaces, and social platforms broadly.

Consent-first UX, not backend fine print

Enterprise tools handle consent contractually, out of sight. Ours is a front-and-center, granular, revocable consent flow — the trust experience is the product, not just compliance.

We don't out-engineer the detection tech — we don't need to

Face-matching and deepfake detection are increasingly commodity technology (several well-funded players already do this). Our edge is the audience and the outcome we promise, not a better model.

Facial data is biometric/special-category data under GDPR, and covered by state laws like Illinois BIPA and Texas CUBI in the US. Registering requires explicit opt-in consent, and you can request real deletion — not just deactivation — at any time.
